Christmas Party on the Porch
Join us for our annual Christmas Party on the Porch after the Mariemont Tree Lighting on December 7! Fun for kids and adults with a Christmas Sleigh Photo Station, free hot chocolate bar and popcorn, live band playing your favorite Christmas tunes, and crafts for the kiddos! Come to the porch and soak up the Christmas spirit! Bring a friend!
Women’s retreat
Women's Retreat ...with Him
Come join us as we retreat with Jesus at Hueston Woods Lodge in Oxford, OH. Just an hour away from Cincinnati, Hueston Woods Lodge is a hotel and conference center, set on a beautiful lake in the woods of southeastern Ohio. We will rest together, worship together, learn together, eat together, and recharge together at our annual retreat. We are very happy to announce that our speaker will be Beth Guckenberger, co-founder of Back2Back Ministries and author of Warrior of Eden.
Our retreat will start on Friday evening after dinner (not included) and end late Saturday afternoon. Exact timing, details, and session schedule will be sent out to registrants closer to the retreat. You may also opt to stay (for an added price) in the Hueston Woods Lodge for an additional (totally optional) night this year if you'd like extra time away fellowshipping with other women from our church.
In the Hueston Woods Lodge, every room has been recently renovated with two queen beds and an attached bathroom. You may choose to select a room to stay alone (single), with one roommate either self-chosen or assigned (a double), or if you'd like a cheaper option and don't mind sharing a bed, you can contact Liz Baker on how to register for either a triple or a quad. Single pricing is $145, a double is $70/person, a triple is $45/person, and a quad is $35/person. If you have any questions on how roommates work in this new setup, or want to sign up for a triple or a quad, email Liz Baker at liz.baker@cru.org.
In addition to their comfortable rooms, Hueston Woods is able to accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions for breakfast and lunch, so please indicate if you have any dietary needs in that section of the registration. There are mini-fridges in each room if you'd like to bring any of your own food or need to store medication, etc. For more information about the facilities and grounds, click here.
Registration opens Oct. 1st and closes Oct. 31st this year. Please register promptly, for we cannot guarantee any late registrations this year!

Business . . . With Him Workshop
The Purpose
Our mission is to stir up one another to love and good works as we call on the name of Jesus for His business strategy and ask the Holy Spirit to support our ability to fully surrender our leadership to His brilliance.
The Workshop
In this workshop, and moving forward, we aim to create a supportive community where business owners/leaders can mature spiritually and professionally while fostering a culture of faith-driven business leadership.
Facilitated by Julie Thomas and John McCarthy
Julie Thomas is the president of Priority Logistics Group, and owner of Thomas Consulting Group, with over 40 years of experience in the areas of counseling, ministry, leadership, and business consulting. She is also a Mariemont Church member.
John McCarthy is a facilitator with At Work on Purpose (www.atworkonpurpose.org) (a Cincinnati based city-wide marketplace ministry network), and owner of AGI Management and www.purposepromise.org.
Lunch will be served! A “no charge” event.
Women's Ministry Fall Kick-Off Night

Rooted Discipleship is a series of classes to help the body of Christ be “rooted” and established in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Back to School Prayer Gathering
Pray together for the 2024-25 school year!
Join other citizens of Mariemont area to pray for safety and success all of the students and schools of Mariemont. High School, Middle School, Junior High, and Elementary. Meet at 4:30 in the Mariemont Elementary School Auditorium for an hour of focused prayer. Sponsored by the Village churches.
SISTERHOOD SOCIAL
Join the MC Women’s Ministry for one of their regular “favorite” events. A Sisterhood Social is a time for you to get to know your sisters-in-Christ and just have some fun.
Bring a drink or a small appetizer and plan for a night of good food, good drinks, good women and lots of laughs!
Sarah Moorehead, our volunteer women’s ministry leader, is hosting at 3605 Center Street in Mariemont. Come by yourself or bring a friend!

Kingdom Kids Pool Party!
Join us for our 4th Annual Kingdom Kids Pool Party!
This is open to the entire Kingdom Kids community — families and volunteers and any families who have children ages infant through 5th grade. Pizza, bottled water AND admission provided! Bring a side to share — chips, cookies, fruit, etc.

Child dedications are a formal time here at MC when the church body commits to partner with our families to raise their children in a Christ-centered community.

Family Worship Sunday / Sharing Sunday
Kingdom Kids classes Pre-K through 5th grade are closed so families can worship together in the main service! The Nursery is OPEN during both services. Phew!
