It's All About Jesus

Jesus has become our life, our Lord, our Savior, our all. We have embraced his grace and received his forgiveness for our sins.

Our Way of Life

We are his, and we are following him – learning to love as he loved and serve as he served. This is our journey. We know we haven’t arrived. We know we can’t make it alone. So we travel the narrow road Jesus chose, guided and empowered by his Spirit. This is the best way to live. Connected with God and with each other, we are becoming the people we are meant to be – a people fully alive.

Together, we commit to honor God and one another as we seek to:

Love God with all that we are and all that we have  (Matthew 22:37-39).
Surrender our lives and our choices each day to Jesus (Romans 12:1).
Be generous with the gifts, money, and time God has given us (Matthew 6:19 -21).

SERVE Others

Choose to be last instead of first (Mark 9:35).
Love others the way Jesus loves us (John 13:34 – 35).
Provide for the practical needs of others (Matthew 25:35-40).

INVITE others to follow Jesus

Introduce people to Jesus and his ways (Matthew 28:19-20).
Include people in our lives who don’t know Jesus yet (Luke 19:10).
Help spread the news about Jesus to people who are different from us (Acts 1:8).

GROW in our faith

Be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).
Seek God in his Word and prayer regularly (Psalm 27:4).
Submit to church leadership and discipline (Matthew 18:15-17).

CONNECT with each other

Make it a priority to meet together (Hebrews 10:24-25).
Live together in grace, peace and truth (Colossians 3:12-17).
Invest in relationships that promote spiritual growth (Proverbs 27:17).

In all these things, we seek the most excellent way (1 Corinthians 13).
